Here’s How It Works:
Scan a list of beliefs—statements like “I’m not good enough” or “There’s never enough time.”
Mark the ones that hit a nerve. Don’t overthink it. If you feel a pang in your gut, a twinge of shame, or the sting of familiarity—mark it.
Choose your top 3 beliefs to work with. These are the ones running the show behind the scenes.
Now, Flip the Switch. Write the empowered version of each one. Not in future tense. Not as a hope. But as a done deal.
Example: “I’ll never have a flat stomach” becomes “My body is strong, lean, and fueled for performance. I love how I feel in it.”
